This webinar, which was in association with AHHRA of Greater New York and was provided to ASHHRA Region 2 chapter members on June 14, 2018, offered insights into some of the key trends and issues where HR professionals can become a true strategic partner to the hospital or healthcare organization’s leadership. The presenters discussed areas where HR can transition from a transactional focus and position itself to play a meaningful role in driving and informing institutional strategy.
This session also provided helpful tips for building a high impact HR organization with a model that helps to shape and support institutional vision and goals. The presenters discussed how to develop an HR strategic plan that aligns to institutional goals, supports the organization’s vision, and ensures HR has a role and voice in shaping and guiding where the hospital or healthcare organization is headed.
