2020 Compensation Planning Analysis

Our 2020 Compensation Planning Analysis found that projections for 2020 salary budgets will remain relatively flat, as they have for the previous 6 years.

We project a 2.1 percent increase for salary range adjustments for executive and exempt employees and a 2 percent increase for non-exempt employees.
