Mr. Nostaja leads the firm’s Organizational Effectiveness Practice and provides a wide range of services to clients including strategic planning and initiatives involving organizational, operational and cultural transformation.
Mr. Spangher is a Vice President and Senior Consultant with extensive experience in actuarial and benefits consulting. He is an expert in FAS 106 post-retirement welfare benefits accounting, FAS 112 post-employment welfare benefits accounting, non-discrimination testing of health and welfare plans, determining health plan insurance reserves, health plan migration, welfare benefits plan renewal and settlement negotiations, and active and retiree health and welfare benefits plan design. Mr. Spangher also administers and maintains Sibson’s College and University Benefits Study (C.U.B.S.) and database.
Mr. McIndoe is a Vice President and Defined Contribution Practice Director. He has extensive experience in retirement plan design, governance, administration, investment solutions and communications. Mr. McIndoe works with clients on all aspects of retirement programs and has special expertise in defined contribution plans.
Dr. Butterfield has significant experience in higher education, including public, land grant, private, research and corporate education both in the United States and abroad. Mr. Goldsmith is a Vice President, Client Relationship Manager and head of Sibson’s Cleveland office with many years of benefit and compensation experience. He has specialized expertise in health and welfare benefit plan consulting and total compensation consulting. He regularly consults on employee benefits, broad-based compensation arrangements and human resource function effectiveness.
Ms. Donnelly is a Vice President with extensive experience in cultural assessment and improvement, organizational effectiveness and in designing strategies to improve organizational quality, employee productivity and operational efficiency. She provides strategic planning and cultural transformation guidance to higher education clients as well as creates innovative approaches for building leading workplace practices and improving work cultures.
Ms. Kazemi works with public institutions and other governmental employers nationwide to evaluate and redesign compensation, benefits and human resources policies. She specializes in community colleges and unionized environments.
Mr. Alonzo is a Senior Vice President with extensive industry-specific experience. He provides consulting services to a wide variety of clients and leads the firm's National Hospital/Healthcare Practice.

Ms. Donahue's comprehensive experience, including numerous years of consulting work, several years as a Human Resource practitioner and many years as a clinician and coach allows for broad expertise and specialty focus on behavioral health, wellness and behavior change strategies.

She has special expertise in compensation program design and benchmarking, and has consulted for numerous public and private higher education institutions.
As a project manager, Ms. Mercer conducts kickoff meetings, facilitates meetings to build strategic compensation philosophies, conducts meetings where draft materials and final products are reviewed and approved, and presents final reports/presentations to client boards and councils.
