Healthy Enterprise Survey

The Healthy Enterprise Survey is being used to select candidates for the Wellness@Work Awards, a program presented by the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. These awards are open to all companies in Northern Ohio. Sibson Consulting serves as a consulting partner to this program. The awards acknowledge best practices in wellness/health and productivity initiatives.

Recognizing that "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (according to the World Health Organization), Sibson and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History believe a healthy organization enables employees to fully engage in their work, resulting in reduced workforce costs, and strategically invests in its workforce and culture to optimize the health of its people and the workplace. Sibson Consulting and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History will keep individual responses confidential. Data will only be reported in the aggregate.

By participating in the Wellness@Work Awards process, you will simultaneously participate in Sibson's Healthy Enterprise Survey in which you will:

  • Receive a personalized report of results by e-mail, by telephone or in person from Sibson that compares your responses to those of our national survey respondents. This report will help identify the potential of your health initiatives, allow you to benchmark key HR metrics and provide data to support a business case to senior leadership for advancing your programs.
  • Be invited to take part in a free webinar hosted by Sibson experts that will review the findings before they are published.
  • Be among the first to receive Sibson's full survey report, which will include data collected from all of the survey respondents.
