Sibson Consulting is affiliated with IBIS Advisors, an independent consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles. Benchmarking practices in each country
Defining global human resource policy
Confirming local competitive practice in market sector
Ensuring compliance with current and pending changes to social and labor legislation
Determining whether insured benefits premiums arrangements are optimum
Providing Country Assessment Reports for each country, including summaries of social and labor legislation, estimated social contributions and an overview of tax treatment of contributions to social and occupational employee benefit contributions and benefits.
