Sibson Consulting can provide consulting services worldwide through our membership in the Multinational Group of Actuaries and Consultants (MGAC). The MGAC enables member firms to work together to provide clients with high-quality services related to the design, administration and communication of employee benefit plans. Countries represented by the MGAC include the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, France, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. We can assist with questions about policies and procedures in specific countries and help your organization devise global strategies and policies.
We also maintain an affiliation with IBIS Advisors, an independent consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles, to address a variety of business issues for our U.S.-based clients with business operations abroad. These include developing a strategic international benefits philosophy, creating and implementing policies for expatriate and third-country nationals, and international recruiting.
