Sibson’s Sorensen Completes Ph.D.
Aaron Sorensen, a senior consultant in Sibson’s Chicago office, has completed his Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. He was awarded the degree by DePaul University during graduation ceremonies in June.
Sorensen has considerable experience helping organizations improve business results through the diagnosis, design and implementation of organization and talent management systems. His areas of focus include organization, work system and job design, talent management, organizational surveys and human capital metrics.
