Sibson Adds Two New Consultants: Conlon and Rossi

Daniel G. Fries, senior vice president and leader of Sibson Consulting, A Division of Segal, has announced that Sibson Consulting has added two new consultants:

Robert Conlon is a senior vice president in the Organization and Talent Practice. He will also be working to expand Sibson’s overall Human Capital presence in the Midwest. Conlon has nearly 20 years of experience in HR consulting with a wide variety of companies and industries both domestically and internationally. His principal focus is helping companies develop the right people processes and organization designs to ensure success. He has held numerous leadership roles in the human capital management area and was most recently a principal at another major HR consultancy. Conlon holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social relations from Harvard College and has completed a Harvard University graduate fellowship with concentration in business and organizational psychology. Shawn Rossi is a vice president in the Sales Force Effectiveness Practice. His experience encompasses sales and sales operations strategy formulation as well as implementation. His sales operations competencies include sales performance management assessment and benchmarking, business process re-engineering, organizational design and business case development. Rossi is working with leading companies in multiple industries to develop and implement sales strategies and sales effectiveness programs. He has more than a decade of experience in management consulting, strategic business planning and business development for a variety of Web-based knowledge management and sales compensation organizations. Most recently, Rossi was a managing director with Callidus Software, Inc., in Atlanta. He began his career with Andersen Consulting and has held executive positions in product development as well as marketing.
