Acquisition of Irwin Tepper Associates

Joseph A. LoCicero, President and CEO of The Segal Company, has announced the acquisition of Irwin Tepper Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in customized asset-liability analysis for employee benefit programs and other organizations. For the past several years, Segal has worked closely with Irwin Tepper Associates on in-depth asset-liability modeling for Segal clients. Three staff members from Irwin Tepper Associates have joined Segal, including Dr. Irwin Tepper, the founder and president of the firm, who joins as Senior Vice President and Asset-Liability Modeling Practice Leader.
