The Role of the CHRO Today in Organizational Change

In the last two decades, the role of the CHRO has changed and expanded – especially in regards to major organizational initiatives. These initiatives include mergers, acquisitions, and when adding new business lines. Today's CHRO is often part of the top-level team or even leading the initiative.
