NEW YORK (11/21/08) - Daniel G. Fries, Senior Vice President and Leader of Sibson Consulting, the HR Consulting Division of Segal, announced that Kenneth Chang has joined Sibson's Retirement Practice as a Vice President and Consulting Actuary.
Mr. Chang has more than a decade of actuarial consulting experience working as a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting in New York and Stamford, CT. He maintains specific expertise in providing retirement consulting advice to healthcare organizations. Mr. Chang is a graduate of the New York University Leonard Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Quantitative Analysis and he is an Enrolled Actuary.
