Ms. Wong joined Sibson Consulting in 2003. As a consultant, Ms. Wong helps companies achieve business objectives by finding optimal solutions for strategic and human capital issues. Using a quantitative approach to developing targeted employee value propositions, she provides innovative solutions for attracting and retaining key talent as well as aligning the organizational structure and employees to the business strategy. Professional Background

Prior to joining Sibson, Ms. Wong was a financial analyst at Cornell University. There, she investigated volatility trends of CALS financial data over 20-year time periods for the Associate Dean of Financial Affairs. She also reconciled and analyzed financial data of CALS budget, endowment, student enrollment and aid, and workforce. Additionally, Ms. Wong developed a new electronic CALS Facts and Figures database using MS Excel and Hyperion for accessibility over the Internet.
