Mr. McLoughlin joined The Segal Company's New York office in 2002. As Director, Sales Administration, he assists Segal business developers and consultants with lead generation initiatives, making selling Segal's services easier and more efficient. As a member of the National Sales and Marketing Department's management team, he contributes to marketing initiatives in all three Segal markets. He was instrumental in the implementation of Segal's Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.

Mr. McLoughlin is an active member of Sibson's Higher Education Consulting Team. He frequently represents Sibson Consulting at conferences and other higher education events where the company is a sponsor, speaker or exhibitor.

Mr. McLoughlin manages Segal's national mailing campaigns and sales initiatives and ensures that client outreach efforts are seamless and contribute to business objectives. He helped develop the initial training curriculum for PSA, and he is leading the current PSA Awareness Session program, which includes in-person presentations at large Segal offices.

Prior to joining The Segal Company, Mr. McLoughlin had 12 years of marketing experience in both professional services and the healthcare industries. His experience includes an extensive background in CRM software implementations.

Mr. McLoughlin graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a BA. He is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association.
