Ms. Kazemi works with public institutions and other governmental employers nationwide to evaluate and redesign compensation, benefits and human resources policies. She specializes in community colleges and unionized environments, and has significant experience in facilitating joint labor-management human resources initiatives.

Prior to joining Segal, Ms. Kazemi conducted research and policy analysis for the U.S. Congressional Office of Technology Assessment. In addition, she has significant expertise in survey design and statistical analysis through her work at the U.S. Census Bureau, the World Bank and the National University of Costa Rica.
Education/Professional Designations
Ms. Kazemi has a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and WorldatWork. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation
