Expertise

Mr. Carter is a Senior Vice President in The Segal Company's National Communications practice. He joined the firm in January 2001 when Segal acquired Marjorie Gross & Company.

Mr. Carter has worked with many clients to develop employee benefit and human resources communications materials. These include: Time Warner, L-3 Communications Corporation, the Omnicom Group, and the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (which administers the retirement savings plan for civilian employees of the United States Government and for members of the uniformed services).

In addition to writing and producing benefit communications programs, Mr. Carter also coordinates and serves as executive producer of Segal’s film and video productions.

Professional Background

Mr. Carter has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefit communications field. Before joining Marjorie Gross & Company in 1984, he was with Buck Consultants and A. Foster Higgins.

Mr. Carter is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
