Healthy Enterprise Survey

As part of Sibson Consulting’s continuing commitment to looking beyond traditional health benefits, we are once again surveying organizations to help identify best practices in wellness/health and productivity initiatives. Participate in the 2009 Survey

Sibson Consulting will keep individual responses confidential. Data will only be reported in the aggregate.

By participating, you will:

  • Receive a personalized report of results by e-mail, by telephone or in person that compares your responses to those of our national respondents. This report will help identify the potential of your health initiatives, allow you to benchmark key HR metrics and provide data to support a business case to senior leadership for advancing your programs.
  • Be invited to take part in a free webinar that will review the findings before they are published.
  • Be among the first to receive our full survey report, which will include data collected from all of the survey respondents.

We invite you to participate in the Healthy Enterprise survey that best matches your organization.

Background

Recognizing that “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” (according to the World Health Organization), Sibson believes a Healthy Enterprise enables employees to fully engage in their work, resulting in reduced workforce costs, and strategically invests in its workforce and culture to optimize the health of its people and the workplace.

The purpose of this study is to inventory key practices, characterize your strategic focus and quantify the impact of maturing as a Healthy Enterprise (see our Perspectives article, "Is Your Organization a Healthy Enterprise?"). Our survey is designed to enable us to develop a Healthy Enterprise Index from the responses.

This year’s survey is greatly simplified and should take no more than 20 to 30 minutes to complete, which does not include time to gather data you do not have at your fingertips.
