Segal Names New Communications Practice Leader

New York (10/6/14) —  Joseph A. LoCicero, President & CEO of The Segal Group, has announced that Senior Vice President Randolph Carter has been named National Communications Practice Leader.

“Randy is a seasoned and deeply knowledgeable communications consultant with familiarity working with clients across all our markets on a broad variety of communications challenges,” commented Mr. LoCicero. “His years of experience within our organization and his close relationships throughout our firm have put Randy in position to lead our communications consulting business.”

Mr. Carter has been with Segal since the firm’s acquisition of Marjorie Gross & Company in 2001. Before joining Marjorie Gross in 1984, Randy held positions with Buck Consultants and Johnson & Higgins. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Randy continues to work in the New York Office and is reporting to David Blumenstein, Senior Vice President and National Director.
